Are parents required to be Christians in order for their student to attend BCCA?
Parents of the child do not have to have a personal relationship with Jesus. However, parents have to sign a document agreeing with our statement of beliefs. 

Is BCCA affiliated with a church?
Bergen County Christian Academy is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Hackensack (www.fbcinfo.org)

What age must students be to begin preschool?
Students must be 2 1/2 and must be potty trained.

What age must students be to begin kindergarten?
Students turn 5 years old before October 1st.

Does BCCA offer after school care?
Yes. After care is provided for students in Kindergarten to 8th grade from 3:30-5:30. Any student who is not picked up after 5:30 will be charged extra.

Does BCCA require students to wear uniform?
Yes, students are required to wear a uniform.

Does BCCA have an International Student Program?
Yes, BCCA educates student from all over the world.

Can students come and shadow another student to experience BCCA?
Yes, we encourage potential students to come and visit BCCA to gain the full experience. Please contact the school office to schedule a day for your child to shadow a current BCCA student.

Are students required to take an entrance exam?
Yes, we test students to see what educated level they are coming in at.
